A trust provides for the informal transfer of one’s assets to heirs without the delay and expense of probate court proceedings. I prepare concise, plain language documents, including a Declaration of Trust, Certificate of Trust, Advance Healthcare Directive, Pour-over Will, new deeds, and other essential components of the estate plan.

Bankruptcy results in cancellation of most debts, giving the financially stressed consumer a “fresh start” in life.  I work with my clients to assemble complete and accurate information required on forms that are submitted to the Court.  Most creditor actions to collect come to an immediate halt.  My legal fee is reasonable.
